The Matthew Calvin Easter Edit
Our favourite time of year has arrived! Chocolate & bank holidays… what’s not to love? This year, we’ve asked the team their favourite chocolate brands so you don’t have to panic buy a crumpled Creme Egg Easter egg to give to a loved one.
A brand that we discovered during the long hours of our first Old Street pop-up, MIA came to the rescue with their delicious chocolates. We’d love to receive their 5 Bar Gift Pack, elegantly presented in a gold foil book case gift pack. Featuring some of our favourites; Dark Chocolate, Almond and Coconut, Cranberry and Hazelnut, Candied Orange and Coconut.
Rococo is a brand that we’ve known and loved for a while (and with obvious reasons!). Their honeycomb flavour is a favourite of ours, and we’ve just discovered they now do an Easter egg in this flavour! An extra thick milk chocolate egg studded with delicate chips of honeycomb, and filled with decadent chunks of organic honeycomb enrobed in creamy milk chocolate.
Choc On Choc
Choc On Choc focus on novelty chocolates, but boy do they do it well… Not only do they taste delicious, but they are such a treat to open and are a huge hit with children. This cute set features a solid white chocolate fried egg, accompanied by four wonderfully-detailed chocolate soldiers. Who wouldn’t want to receive these on Easter morning?!
The London Chocolate Company
The London Chocolate Company create absolutely delicious chocolates, and anyone that knows us will be able to tell you why we’re fans of this one… This gin and tonic themed Easter egg is top of our wish lists this year. A solid Belgian Chocolate egg is filled with gin and tonic truffles, that are made with London Gin, popping candy and a dash of lemon and lime.
