Please note : In light of the current situation, we have extended our returns policy to 60 days. Please get in touch at info@matthewcalvin.com if you have any questions. 

We hope you love your new jewellery or lifestyle pieces from Matthew Calvin. We also know that when shopping online, sometimes what arrives in the post isn’t quite what you needed.

We offer a 28-day returns policy on all items purchased from our website, excluding earrings (due to hygiene) and personalised pieces.

Our returns process is super easy. Just complete the form below and we’ll send you an email with the returns address, and your unique Returns Code.

Then just pop the item(s) back in the post with a note of your Returns Code, we’ll issue the refund as soon as a member of our team has received and checked the parcel.

Unless jewellery is damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the pieces to us, we recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.

If for any reason you’d like to return an item purchased from one of our stockists, please contact them directly.

This returns policy is offered in addition to, and not instead of, your statutory rights.

Following government guidelines and an abundance, we’ve added extra safety measures and hygiene steps to our already meticulous dispatch process.

Because of this, our dispatch times may be slightly longer than usual, but we’re doing our best to ensure your orders are processed as quickly as possible.
