We hope you love your new jewellery or lifestyle pieces from Matthew Calvin. We also know that when shopping online, sometimes what arrives in the post isn’t quite what you needed.

We offer a 28-day returns policy on all items purchased from our website, excluding personalised pieces. We are unable to accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons. Earrings returned irrespectively will be subject to a £10 cleaning fee per pair.

We know things are going to be a bit different this festive season. We have extended our returns period to give you that extra bit of time to return your order. Orders placed from 23rd November until 24th December 2020 can be returned until February 1st 2021. 

Our returns process is easy. Just complete the form below and we’ll send you an email with the returns address, and your unique Returns Code.

Then just pop the item(s) back in the post with a note of your Returns Code, we’ll issue the refund as soon as a member of our team has received and checked the parcel.

Unless jewellery is damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the pieces to us, we recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.
