The Machinist Ring, another of the studio’s signature pieces, is as interesting as it is unique; solid, yet delicate and detailed.
Like the Point Ring, another bestseller and a flagship piece, these chunky, unisex stackable rings are versatile pieces for a variety of occasions.
The D-shaped ring comes in silver with a gold or rose gold plated bar. Made to be mixed, matched and layered, alongside other Machinist Rings they align and unalign; playful and modern, and in keeping with the studio’s distinctive style.
The new Machinist collection was inspired by architecture and machines. Using geometric patterns and mechanical shapes, designer Matthew Calvin created a range of jewellery that combines unique shapes with high-polish finishes.
The designs echo the forms and lines of construction, architectural design and engines – drawing inspiration from details found within these places, and turning them into beautiful, minimalist handmade jewellery.
Our rings come in four sizes as standard, however more sizes are available – as well as extra special touches like inscriptions. Just get in touch and we’ll create the perfect contemporary jewellery piece for you.
You can measure your own ring size easily at home, just cut a strip of paper and wrap it around your finger. If the paper rips, you’re wrapping too tightly and would have ended up with ring too small.
Mark where the strip meets itself, and measure to the nearest millimetre using a ruler.
We recommend ordering a size up if you fall between two options.

A special ring with a special place in the studio’s history. The regular Meteorite Ring – there’s a finer version available, which is suited more to layering and stacking – is one of the modern, unisex pieces which gained Matthew Calvin’s reputation as a jeweller, and for these distinctive styles.
Hand-textured with the same unique hammering technique that can be seen throughout its eponymous collection, the Meteorite Ring is part of a group of solid, hand-crafted rings that not only make gorgeous gifts, but are perfect for everyday wear.
The Meteorite collection was the first out of the studio. For its designs, the jeweller uses different hammering techniques to shape the wire, and to bring an eye-catching shine to a mix of metals.
Meteorite pendants and double ring designs lead the collection, displaying the designer’s signature contrast of heavily-textured metals and high polishes.
The Mini Point Ring is a delicate, miniature version of the studio’s signature piece, the Point Ring.
One of its most comfortable and easy-to-wear designs, the Point Ring, one of the studio’s first forays in 3D-printed design, proved so popular that designer Matthew Calvin created a whole range of jewellery to complement it – and the Point collection was born.
Two bands make up the Strand Ring. They come apart on the finger, side-by-side, slightly overlapping, then join together again; giving the look of thin, stacked rings, but fused into one for strength and solidness.
