The Trim Studs, together with the rest of the studio's Machinist collection, were inspired by shapes from architecture and machines. However, the resulting pieces - and these beautiful, simple studs - retain an identity all of their own.
Polar Hoops A brand new design due to the popularity of the Polar Ring. These solid, chunky hoops are the perfect statement hoop, yet lightweight enough to be comfortable to wear everyday. Available in Sterling Silver, 18 Carat Rose and Gold Plated finishes.
The Polar Ring is as interesting as it is unique; solid, yet detailed.
Like the Point Ring, another bestseller and a flagship piece, these chunky, unisex stackable rings are versatile pieces for a variety of occasions.
The ring comes in silver, gold plate or rose gold plate. Made to be mixed, matched and layered, alongside other Machinist Rings they align and unalign; playful and modern, and in keeping with the studio’s distinctive style.
The new Machinist collection was inspired by architecture and machines. Using geometric patterns and mechanical shapes, designer Matthew Calvin created a range of jewellery that combines unique shapes with high-polish finishes.
The designs echo the forms and lines of construction, architectural design and engines, drawing inspiration from details found within these places, and turning them into beautiful, minimalist handmade jewellery.
Our rings come in four sizes as standard, however more sizes are available – as well as extra special touches like inscriptions. Just get in touch and we’ll create the perfect contemporary jewellery piece for you.
You can measure your own ring size easily at home, just cut a strip of paper and wrap it around your finger. If the paper rips, you’re wrapping too tightly and would have ended up with ring too small.
Mark where the strip meets itself, and measure to the nearest millimetre using a ruler.
We recommend ordering a size up if you fall between two options.

Stunning, simple yet classic design has no better example in jeweller Matthew Calvin's work than this, the Lightweight Allied Ring in Sterling silver, gold and rose gold plate.
The Allied collection was created using different tools, with hand-textured lines and hand-finished techniques. The intention was that the pieces can be paired up, mixed, matched and swapped, in a variety of metals and as many or as few pieces as the wearer prefers.
This finish creates a look that's not just a shiny, high-polish piece of jewellery, but distinctive and modern.
The Mini Point Ring is a delicate, miniature version of the studio’s signature piece, the Point Ring. One of its most comfortable and easy-to-wear designs, the Point Ring, one of the studio’s first forays in 3D-printed design, proved so popular that designer Matthew Calvin created a whole range of jewellery to complement it – and the Point collection was born.
The Octagon Bolt Ring's shape, as the name suggests, was inspired by mechanical forms; the angularity and symmetry of machines. The challenge was to create something which married this with the cleanliness and orderliness of Matthew Calvin's designs, something which was arguably perfected in this eye-catching piece.
