The Double Meteor Ring is a stunning statement ring that forms part of the Meteorite collection. A unique, unusual and intriguing piece. Inspired by his training in pattern-cutting, designer Matthew Calvin applied his experience in design to make these through the principle of ‘working backwards’, using the lost wax casting method. The result is a range of solid, weighty pieces which are hand-finished rather than machine-finished.

Meteorite Collection

Matthew Calvin's very first collection, the Meteorite collection combines unique finishing techniques with a high-shine polish, creating unusual and eye-catching pieces. The collection of solid, weighty designs are hand-finished rather than machine-finished, so each piece is very slightly different. Inspired by outer space, the collection is based around the irregular, fragmentary surfaces of asteroids and meteorites.
