Returns

We hope you love your new jewellery or lifestyle pieces from Matthew Calvin. We also know that when shopping online, sometimes what arrives in the post isn’t quite what you needed.


We offer a 28-day returns policy on all items purchased from our website, excluding personalised pieces. We are unable to accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons. Earrings returned irrespectively will be subject to a £10 cleaning fee per pair.

 

To return your order, please get in touch at info@matthewcalvin.com stating your order number and we will email further instructions. Please ensure you include your name and order number with your return, otherwise we may not be able to process your return. We aim to process all returns within 7 working days once your return has been received, and a member of our team has checked the return.


Unless jewellery is damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the pieces to us, we recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.
